I just read them too. Inspire greatness? Yea working at HON really inspires greatness. Dead last on most customer service surveys, a completely garbage order management service (Infosys) and forcing customers to the portal which doesn't even work. This place just promotes stupidity and celebrates mediocrity. Im going to become my best by applying and getting f— out if this sh– show company.

Using these 8 new smoke filled coffee house c-ap behaviors in our mid year reviews? That's a nice touch, dairyass. A nice big f— you to you as well.

Leadership thinks there were too many people in upper blocks last year so the direction for this year is that everyone starts in Block 5. Also, the new 8 Behaviors will also be used to decrease the number of upper block people. With the new grading criteria of Always, Sometimes, and Seldom (or never) there will not be anyone who Always exhibits all 8 Behaviors so no one will be in Blocks 1 or 4.

So, we were informed we will be graded on these additional 8 behaviors which have nothing to do with job stills , is totally subjective. My manager is struggling to phrase them as to flow them down into our PDP . I still think it supper management's way of pushing us into elbow and into pips. They even say they put everone initially into 5 block then then rate you from there.

I'm a recently departed employee but curious. What are these behaviors? Are these supposed to replace the sanctified 12 Honeywell behaviors or are these specific to a business or site?

When I was having my 1/1 with my Mgr today we touched on the 8 Behaviors and I remarked how General and Subjective they were and how can you measure performance off that and he said that they would be doing another stacked ranking this year. Which means someone's going to get Pip'd and a year from now they won't be here. I also remarked at the end about the 100 years+ experience that's thrown up their hands and walked out the door in the last year and a half and whether upper management cares about that?

Inspire greatness? Sounds like someone pulled these behaviors off Diamond Dave's resume.

I've got a good one " inspire layzyness". It requires no effort from most people. Better yet, do away with this brainwashing crap and just let people do their job.
