.... say the ELT is not doing their job or are overpaid for the quality of work they are doing. At this point in their careers that's a "5". This vote also says the BoD is not doing their job either. Not a surprise with the head of the ELT the Chairman of the Board.
And the response was weak, not reflective, and not accepting, an insult to the vote.
With the stock price continuing to fall, when does an activist come in and start making things happen? How many of our peers (let alone Fortune 500) received such a strong vote of "no confidence"?
