It is not bad when one puts down a dying animal! COP is just like a dying animal. Each limb is being amputated one digit at a time!
Round 1 - April 2015, Round 2 - Oct. 2015, Round 3 - Sept. 2016
Round 3 hadn't started yet. Will be done by year end. Will be really bad this time.
