Has the sale been approved by DOE and accreditors yet? If approved, the center doesn't exist for the schools not included in the sale. Who is in charge of reporting and managing the HLC and teach out schools? How does the online course thing work for schools not moving over to Dream Center? Shouldn't we be told this information?

HLC schools are Colorado, Novi, Chicago and the other Illinois school.
So we can assume all schools other than HLC and teach-out will be included?

All schools not included will close immediately upon the close of the deal as EDMC is closing its doors.
Sale has not gone through and is still expected to take quite a while. HLC schools wont be included in the sale. You aren't being told anything because the name of the game is numbers right now. Enroll as many bodies as possible to maximize profits before the deal is done. The less you know, the better your work morale. Duh.
