SEC filing about comments Immelt recently made at some conference saying the deal should close late June to early July. I'm just guessing it won't close before the BHI shareholder vote on June 30th.

Jeff Immelt, chairman and CEO of GE, said the company's deal with Baker Hughes remains on track.

"We expect the deal to close in mid-2017,"
