Update
A lot going on in Texas, Safeway store directors, office staff, ops continue to disappear.
Turnover is worse now and we thought it couldn't get worse. Albertsons banner stores have significantly more labor than the Tom Thumb and market street banner.
Leadership ignores addressing labor distribution issues, rx labor issues, turnover, and succession planning for department managers and assistants. Doesn't look at simple issues that would drive sales and profits.
Leadership runs around taking pictures of drawers, spiderwebs and out of stocks ( without knowing the warehouse is out) and blowing up the district teams.
They don't address the ongoing cps conversion to Ponca issues, which are causing packaging, sanitation, and other supply issues. Out of stocks in stores are definitely not showing our best.
They are clueless. Sales are down. Leadership is the issue, not store level performers
