Evrything is for sale because you are useless at your job. Fire yourself
Its like a fire sale, loosely interpreted as a seller in distress trying to recoup some cash. The problem is that these assets we are pawning aren't necessarily damaged goods.
Op, your parking space may also be for sale! Anything and everything that COP owns is for sale! Even if it is penny's on the the dollar such as the sale of the blocks / discoveries off shore Senegal!
But, hey no one ever said COP had the smartest leadership!
