target is re-doing its operations in stores. i work in one that is cross-training(lol) and have lost alot of hours,favortism is rampant and i can not believe they would screw up a good system and replace it it with this bs. it is almost like some fool at amazon has taken over store operations. many employees in my store are quitting every week over schedules,lack of hours.

This article, this thread is Window dressing from an outsider pretending to add value. It really is like a poser TM pretending they're delivering value when in fact their repeating others original work/contributions.
This article failed to mention the other 100+ people in merch that got demoted to lower titles & paygrades.

The crazy hijacking that's happened on this site chased away well meaning people. Someone has actually been re posting 2 year old content as original.
