Adamczyk said investors could expect one of three outcomes on the aerospace business by fall this year: "do nothing", pursue a spin off, or do "something different." Sounds so decisive?

I meant smaller revenue/sales, not head count. Loeb picked the wrong target and was just talking up the stock price. You could make the same case for any diversified conglomerate that they are worth more in aggregate if the various unrelated pieces were sold or independent.
no CEO wants a smaller company.
Don't you know we are becoming a software company - they don't have to be a large.
I talked to BC and he said this makes perfect sense.
He can't say anything definite until it is definite - SEC rules! Whoever asked him the question should have known better. Personally, I doubt that they will spinoff (establish as separate, independent company) or sell Aero or even parts of Aero such as Engines if only because no CEO wants a smaller company. That kind of thing only happens (see Alcoa/Arconic) when the stock has only gone down or sideways for years.
There's a fair possibility that they're all like this. Even if Aero gets bought out by another entity, it wouldn't surprise me if they were at least as screwed up.
Maybe they won't be, but it's a good time to be 68 with the old retirement plan.
Manager to employee:
Manager: are you going to have this project completed tomorrow?
Employee: well, 1 of 3 things will happen. Either I'll finish it, or I won't finish it...or I'll do something different. You'll have to wait and see.
F---ing dipshit moron, Dairyass is.
No otherwise, it's f@&$ed. Get out now while you still have a soul.
Lol yes, so one of the 3 possible choices will happen. No sh*t. Honestly, the only hope for AERO surviving is to get away from all these dipshit hacks. Get away from Timmy, Dairyass, all the VPs espically MM from ISC, HP from C&PS, etc. Hire people who care about the business and customer focus. No more b---s--- HOS and metrics. Otherwise, it's f---ed.
