Lot of leaders leaving or asked to leave.... Does this mean that layoffs again in coming months????

I dont like the direction Target is currently heading. It really feels like management is off the last 2 weeks....something is wrong! Backstabbing everywhere! Sink or swim mentality!
We've been delivering sales targets but mgmt is reducing staff for summer. I'm moving on to JCPENNEY who is making the right moves in our town and is hiring. Good luck to all my Target friends, but have to think of family first
