Bechtel PCAPP site didnt even offer severance pay to their laid off employees in March 2017. They don care about their employees on profit site is all messed up nothing works there.

Generally all EPC type companies do not offer severance packages
They still care much more than most of the companies - not ideal but better than the rest of the world
