So when is the rest of our useless upper management getting canned?? Last week was awesome!!!
Good move to remove Bearlic Kevlarman, but that isn't going to improve morale or expectations immediately. Still tons of problems.

Getting rid of the VP of Sales is a very small start in the right direction. I don't think anyone did more to destroy the work-life balance and sales culture than he did. The amount of rep turnover under his watch was absolutely unprecedented.
Now, the real question is what do you do with the multiple layers of dead-weight management that he had insulated himself with?
TWhy is it tonight vs. during normal business hours? They normally don't announce layoffs -- they just tell you to sit by the phone to wait for a call from management.
