I have had it with these incompetent Infosys robots. They are by far the worst people for customer service that I have ever worked with. They don't know SAP, they don't know how to get information, all they care about is closing cases.
They will even close cases with no action taken. Customers have had it with Honeywell customer service too, which is probably why the ALT wants all of them to use the portal and "self serve"; because just like at McDonald's when the cashier's screw your order up, it's just easier to do it yourself.
Customers hate doing business with us but hey, at least those labor rates are really low!!
