Start on 2016, SLB has 2 years plans....to cut in half the workforce. How are they doing this? They are outsourcing or hiring independent contractors to replace full-time employees. Layoffs will not stop until the end of 2018. It's sad!

hired 1000 because they had higher attrition from closed Centers than was expected. People from the closed Centers took jobs outside SLB rather than accepting transfers. That should tell you how much people value SLB and the value isnt high. But nothing a few more H1B visas cant fix.
