Honestly. I am trying to stay positive. RM panders to the campus and barely even speaks to us, let alone has our backs. Campus sees us as servants on par with janitorial services. Is it the same where you are?

Very little good. A few decent human beings remain in positions of any influence. This is a dead-end. Literally.
JP must run in the family. JP R93 is completely clueless as well. His day consists of sitting in his office playing on his phone or watching videos. Dont ever call this Store Manager and ask him for help bc he doesnt know jacks**t. The guy barely knows how to do a refund. What a joke!!!!

Follett has much bigger issue than an RM. Start at the very top and work your way down.......you are failing by every financial measure.
I worked for corporate for years and its best that folks move on. It isn't going to get any better. I can tell you that Mr. Heat is not confidential. Everyone involved knows who reported it via word of mouth. Don't be dumb and ever report to that thing.
The leadership of Follett is clueless and the rest that are somewhat decent are just trying to keep their heads down and not get let go so they can feed their families.
There's problems at all levels. At least one GVP gets off on bullying people. More than one RM is absent and/or clueless. Everyone sees it and nothing happens to fix it. Can't use Mr Heat because they lie about its anonymity. So no, there is not much good. We get a paycheck.
They make payroll every pay period. Period. Almost all companies do that. Find another company. The longer you wait, it becomes more likely you'll be next. Experience equals higher salaries. follett doesn't like front line workers who can support themselves. This is a truly terrible company and you deserve better (unless you don't).
Janitors at Westbrook are treated better than associates.
JP is exactly what's wrong with this company. Honestly I don't think he's a bad guy just clueless when it comes to being a leader. He just doesn't get motivation and how to engage with his managers. It's why his region has such horrible numbers from the voice survey. It's why we all hope he'll either decide to move on from Follett or Follett will get smart and force him to move on. Follett wake up HE CAN'T LEAD PEOPLE!!!! He's a waste of payroll. Trim from the top!!
You must work for JP in R28. When the company talks about poor leadership he is the poster child.
