If the students are not performing in your classroom then part of the problem is you! Students want to learn, they crave interaction, they are there for a reason and you are not delivering. It is about making the subject matter interesting and challenging.

Yeah how is Youtube and Digital Tutors (pluralsight now btw) getting you to your goals? Employers want degrees not likes or followers. Leave that to celebrities that will push Oreos and cosmetics through social media. Good luck even getting an interview anymore without a degree. I am a graduate and got passed up because I only had an Associates degree. Bachelors a must anymore if you want good pay and benefits. S---s working from home, I want to steady gig. I am trying to get out of my parent's house finally, finishing up my Bachelors now and already getting some good offers from couple businesses. Play on the net all you want while I interview for real sh#t.
