Thread regarding Dell Inc. layoffs

Why Mr. Dell doesn't take any action and let it go

Which so much of bad vibe, all known issues regarding bad employees and managers why doesn't Dell Emc take any action.

Most of the CEO's will immediately act and take appropriate steps. If Amazon's Jeff Bezos knew something he will immediately takes action and clean it up, may be that's the reason his company is so successful.

Dell is pretty good to be honest. It's the incompetent ones that keeps pulling people down with threats and emotional guilt (certain VPs, director and senior manager level with their incompetent hooligans). Michael Dell did take action, but it is damn hard with the incompetent players so deeply ingrained in the chain of power and influence. How can he decide who the heck the problematic person is when TellDell itself is not operated ethically? And my guess most of his L2s has all the control of the company and what disillusioned input he sees. He is literally sitting at a penthouse of a 1000th floor building where everything below the cloud are slums. No rich person sees beyond his eyesight. Follow the money.

Catalog with outdated technology means nothing. Just like my co-worker who gives expensive stuff to my manager at legacy Dell storage. In the process she survived 3 layoffs over the years.

@ @Njv0rC0-1tbg , how much does Dell pay you to write these BS posts. Everyone knows that MD is selling off pieces of the company just to make the interest payments on the ridiculous amount of debt taken on by Dell. This company is in a slow death spiral while others (IBM, HP, ect) are building out their companies for the 21st century instead of being stuck in the 1990's. Keep drinking the Kool Aid, ,but if you are really a Dell employee, you should brush up your resume as you will be out the door with the rest before you know it.

I find it interesting that the person that made the long post below with the Dell EMC strategy talking points is taking time to see what is being said on this site. You better get to work , MICHAEL has a

large debt payment due at the end of the month.

Karma, what goes around comes around. Remaining bad engineers and managers cannot get things done, all the product releases from DELL EMC world will fail.

You tolls out there just can't get enough can you? Do you think anyone over here at Dell cares about all of the negative posts on this site. We have the best catalog of SAN arrays in the industry. We have out sold every manufacturer in ever single category; Flash, Spinning Disk, Backup, Archive. We own the platform most companies are moving to, "Cloud Foundry". We own +80% of VMware which is the most used virtualization software on the planet. We have VirtuStream which is premier hosting for SAP. We have RSA & SecureWorks which secures more companies combine than any other company. Don't forget that we are one of the top providers of Laptops, Desktops and Servers PERIOD. Why do we even care about any of you people out there. Our plan is to continue to take over and laugh at your posts.

We have already pulled in all of the VMUGs under the Dell umbrella, that was just too easy. We plan on making a version of VMware that is optimized for Dell/EMC servers and storage only. We have already begun to squeeze out Cisco in the vBLOCK accounts with our vxRack/Rail systems. We have pretty much stopped the Nutanix (DellXC) train which is in free fall on the stock market. We convinced everyone that we have awesome new products coming this fall (Dell/EMC World).

I tell you again who cares, we have plenty of Customers more than willing to give us their money every 3 years. All of you haters just go and s--- it!
