That's right. The promotion is dangled in front of you to make you work harder and faster but you will never get it. Who said life is fair. Now get back to work and you might get a bonus.

How is someone supposed to get a promotion in TLM in Canada. They just dangle it out on the end of a stick like a treat to try to get you to work harder.
