Just amazing how we can post that aetna is hiring 300 work from home employees off the street. Yet we have people who have been here for years that can't get it due to the policy change. Have to agree with the posts above...so backwards. Once the morale is gone...the brand may as well hang it up too.
Aetna is doing lots of hiring now. Expect massive layoffs next Fall. That's the way they run their business.

Yep, seeing the finger pointing already. People are starting to behave like they did the last two times. Seeing less of the more skilled folks and fresh young faces with not elders to guide them. Foolish move on there part. When you loose the trust and respect of the workers, who are also consumers who will not be loyal to your brand as there family and friends follow you will be doomed. Used to be great when Andy was around.
