What are the average APB targets for G7, G8, and so on?
I know for below G7 the target is basically equal to 1% of salary. How much does it increase after promotion?
Asking as I was just recently promoted to G7 and not sure where I stand.

from gr 7 on it will be your grade less 5. So if your grade is 8 then eb tgt is 8-5=3
+1 for it's in your pay letter. Roughly 2x GL6 multiplier.
