I am in Watson Health. I have no inside knowledge, but, the climate is not what it was even a couple of months ago. It's as if we are waiting for the proverbial "shoe to drop".

I work in Cloud and we know things are not going well. One executive is telling his team that "we're at war" and "it's time for wartime leadership". I would agree with him though we probably have different ideas of who the enemy is.
Foreboding would be an appropriate word here.
Anxiety is so omnipresent, you can almost touch it...
