TTS leadership actually thinks they've taken action to solve last year's BTS. My work and workspace still s---. Target has no winning strategy. TTS is getting nothing of importance done. I hope the government still has funds to support 65% of my pension benefits cause target is the next to fold.

TTS cannot move forward unless they get rid of the weeds with deep roots period
The biggest joke about the BTS is they never want to confront the "real" concerns and issues that the employees have. They'll never actually try and fix any issue regarding pay, shifts, too high productivity requirements, morale ect. They only want to fix easy issues that nobody cares too much about like getting a new vending machine in the break room or putting new garbage cans throughout the building. It's just a joke!
My 1st reaction is that not even one of the executive leadership team earned 7 figures lsst year ( but certainly got much more). Why aren't there any questions about how the board operates? They have a huge impact on team members.
