Offshore supports just answers the calls and then forwards the issue to the small onshore skeletal crews left after numerous RIFs. They are not accountable to actually put some effort in resolving the problems reported by customers. Glorified telephone operators. But who cares about the overworked onshore people? Nobody. I want to throw up when Mgmt talks about how important customer service is.

McKesson/Change Healthcare/EIS/MTS it's all the same trash leadership that runs the company into the ground, lays Americans off, and hires incompetent Indians. All about the wealth at the top. God this place makes me sick. Corporate greed at the worst level I have ever seen. Yet hey, their profits are in Drugs, not software. Hammer and Company: You are the cause of the problem. Why is the board putting up with such disgusting leadership? Wait: Their pockets are lined up because of you. I'll scratch your back if you scratch mine. You have NO common decency as human beings.
I think the hammer s---ed all he could from this technology. Sending to India is just putting it in the ground. Seems this group is trying hard to head fast to IPO but in reality it may be headed towards bankruptcy quicker.
