DCG is in a big time hire freeze. Look into jobs database in Workday. Very few postings ifvanybfrom DCG. Even the many in IOTG are being recycled perpetually without filling. At this point, DCG is not hiring even minorities and H1Bs externally. All this tells that something serious is cooking in DCG. With DB's departure, new management will be shxx scared to do any new initiatives.

I agree that OP is probably a troll but for several reasons I think DCG is headed to a severe layoff. Just as an example today my group was told that there is budget of only 10 dollars per head for the quarterly meetings in the remaining of the year. Put that together with the delays we have in the road map and the poor execution we have and you get the perfect storm.
The prediction makes sense since NS is a lieutenant of Murthy. Wouldn't doubt this will happen especially since DCG continues to miss their targets.
