Anyone know how many weeks of severance were given?

I laid off one of my long time employees. She received 6 months and 2 weeks of severance pay (available to take as lump sum), health insurance coverage, and can also collect unemployment. Very generous.

How long were you with the company for? Do they give additional compensation based on years of service?

Basically got told my last 2 weeks I could stay home, then all my unpaid PTO + 4 weeks.
