I was in a meeting today and can't believe what I heard. I can't say, because that would out me. But my gosh, we are led by the clueless.

It starts with the BOD - they don't even know how the business runs - think they can understand from a balance sheet (idiots). Spend some time in line reviews and meetings and see the consistent message of:
1) Nothings wrong - we'll find SOMETHING to say is up (even if it's resignations)
2) The Management Team who have failed for 3 years straight is the answer
3) Veteran Mattel toy leadership is as good or better than new blood who don't know anything about the business (hint: neither is good)
4) We've got a CEO who simply DOESN'T KNOW WHAT TO DO
The stock will continue to hover around the $20 mark until someone buys the company or investors get bored and oust the BOD.
its the new people hired to fix things, they are helping dig the hole deeper and serving the Koolaid to everyone.
