Do we have to wait till the middle of next year for Bartlesville to close or will it close by the end of this year? How many of those people will come down here? For those that do come down will there be some kind of ranking or how will they be placed?

Bartlesville is a dead horse leave it be.
They should just lay them all off we don't need any of them! We can pick up what they're doing with out anyone ever noticing they're gone.
