Value of hold for income, not to shabby. But if you are a holder now, why unless capital gains is an issue. Stock will surely go down and you can pick up for lower and higher yields versus lose current value now. I sold all my shares after the last dividend payment, happy I did!
No way the the next two years is stock going to be good given where 14 and 10 are and competitive and pricing environment
