Our whole team was just told our jobs no longer existed, since our funding was eliminated.
We were told to find new jobs ASAP (inside or outside IBM).
Does anybody know how long we have to find new jobs AND what happens if we don't?

Depends on Location and manager but in General it is 3 months, I was in a similar position back in November and eventually left 3 weeks ago by choice.
what should happen is that you should get a 90 day notice that has an exclusion if you find an alternative funded role. My personal advice after 25 years in IBM is if you can find something outside of IBM you should. Unless IBM refocuses back on the employee & customer rather than the stock market it is not going to be a place of choice to work again.
