Sensing a trend

I was just reviewing some of the other oil and gas businesses that are on this useful website. Many of which are clients of WFT.

It seems several of their posts are VERY similar to ours! Stock crashing , oil crashing (maybe for good) poor management, lack of employees benefits, wages, and moral. I really sense this crash isn't going away and it's about to get real ugly sooner than later.

I think iv seen enough , time to move on before this ship sinks once and for all. I wish all of you good luck.

Dear Mr Flex Collar,

I bet you got those two pay raises because of your charm and magnetic personality didn't you?

Oh, and it's not "wine," you potty-mouth. The word you were looking for is "whine."

The lackluster interest in safety by some of management when hiring inexperienced technical employees that do not follow directions will help matters. People are not following instructions and safe behaviors that makes me want to leave while I have 10 fingers.

WFT technical sales reps in Houston also have no field experience. There mostly just good for donuts runs !

I was a product line manager at WFT and the big problem was Houston vps that really had no field experience and looking at their flock as numbers and not humans.

Matrix MANGEMENT was not a good synigery for small product lines that could of worked together but we're hampered due to matrix profit centers.

It will be a mirical if WFT survives the next few years.

I know the feeling. It's hard to pack up and leave after dedicating 5-10+ years of work to this place. You feel like if things would just turn around your hard work would be realized and helll maybe even rewarded with a raise. I know many others feel the same way. But at this point, time to let go of the 5 year keychain , and the 10 year timex watch, and look for greener pastures.

Guess I'm felcia too.

It took you three years to see a trend? It is no wonder that you can't escape WFT.
