So you've just fired, sorry "co-located", a bunch of people that you really need, let go contractors that you really need, and made travel near impossible.
Is there a plan?

Really grinds me that the press sees this as anything else but a way to get senior employees to quit, in part, to pay for all the new directors, VPs and GMs in GTS. Morally corrupt comes to mind. They went from 4 cities to just Raleigh and Austin after not enough people would quit is what I heard. No one cares much anymore, and everyone from band 10 down seems to hate leadership and not trust IBM, at all. The people still with at least some positive outlook seem to be just the band D and above getting their stock every quarter.
Plan? Why start now when she's making tens of millions FOR HERSELF.
Obviously what she is doing is WORKING - for HER! Notice her smiles?
So why start planning now? IF it's broke (yeah IBM will be) don't fix it!
Money, Money, Money... Money - O'Jays... Best to leave otherwise you are supporting Ginni's habit... Her plan is to ruin IBM ( check ) and get filthy rich...
Co-location is still a real threat in some areas that haven't already faced it. Many of those areas are paralyzed waiting to find out who will be working there next month or next year.
