Leaders and sales Conference in Texas

Not sure how much was spent on this - three days of wine and dine !

..... and some bean counter working on the wfr numbers !!

Watch the video - some are really dressed as clowns - thought CSC folks would be little better, seems like no different than the legacy EDS clowns.

@NN3IH0G-1wyx, what you described in opportunities missed on lucrative deals is sad but not surprising. It is not just offshore team is clueless, be on the look out for those "self proclaimed" "self designated" onshore resource who influenced the "clueless" leadership he/she can be the "bridge" to communicate with the offshore team in their native language (wink wink**) to be an "effective" account leader onshore...I have been thrown under the bus by these onshore "self proclaimed" after trying to hold the offshore accountable for their deliverables....they are best at creating "imbedded dependency" for job security...

This was a leadership meeting that only turned to a " sales conference " when people started speaking up about the travel and meeting cost hypocrisy. CEO even calls it a leadership conference on the intra homepage. Btw can't find any needed resources to complete pricing a simple lucrative deal w high margins because support teams r so gutted and off shore team is clueless. How about they come out of wfr war room and fix that!

NN3IH0G-xok- intersecting how the double standard of "preaching" what considered "normal" as part of doing business. When traveling expenses and overall cuts being imposed. Ground troops are told to leverage SKype to engage not just internally but with customers. To what extend can you get away with excuses on necessary or unnecessary spendings? It's obvious you are here on this forum in an effort to prevent or deter the "truth" from being exposed - the lack of effective leadership.

$3,000per person charged to each person's cost center and the costs for travel and lodging for 4 days. ML was as inspirational as a wet noodle. It was a waste of $ So fun to hear about MN's low brow car racing hobby cause he needs to spend his millions some where.
