One more blow to the bottom line:
Sears Holdings has cut about 400 jobs, mostly at its Hoffman Estates headquarters, this puts the company under the employment threshold required to receive the annual tax breaks it brokered in a 2011 deal with the state.
they are not paying anyone taxes soon.
