What a freaking mess DXC is. Continuous layoffs, and the management is a joke. Pontiac should be drained now. Wish i could axe specific folks if I could. They can't get jobs anywhere else so the drama and cuts continue. Daily WFR's what a sad state of affairs, Failed best shore policy and drops in revenue and customer base. YOU did this to yourselves DXC. What a scam.

Pontiac was supposed to be a low cost area, tell all the 6 figure leaders up there it is - what a joke.
Yes! Yes! Yes! This is a long standing practice that has hindered HPE/CSC growth for years. They can spell agile when it relates to planning work but execution and resource planning are flexible like quicksand.
Drain Pontiac, Drain GETC, Drain reporting and emailing teams,
drain all non tech staff claiming to provide support to tech staff
viz. reporting team that just emails 1 report a month, etc. Service management teams should be clubbed, 1 person per account handling ... incident management, change management, problem management, capacity management, availability management
drain all relatives of the mangement doing nothing who joined HP/HPE/DXC just because they are a relative of a manager
