Norway lives, and dies, on the overpriced, overly complicated, offshore drilling packages. Offshore will be dead last to rebound and when they do they'll be so price sensitive it'll preclude Norwegian products. The customer won't stand for only dealing with Norway for support, so until they open up, they'll continue to be plucked away as their level of importance diminishes.

Well this shouldn't come as any surprise to anyone in Norway. They built their entire product and business model around selling large packages to offshore rigs. The support for those products is awful and that's being generous. What did you think would happen now that services and land are the only thing making money?
