By far the less inspiring SLB CEO , no culture built but of resentment , no legacy.
If this is true, Norway is in BIG TROUBLE!
That was a rumor 2 years ago. One confirmed story was that he got offered Statoil CEO and turned it down.
He is probably under a lot of pressure now, and even though he has his flaws he certainly does not want SLB to fail. My guess is that he is being pushed out, and will be replaced before the end of Q4. Who is next? Catherine? Patrick? Outside?
It is a very 'graceful' way for PK to leave SLB considering how poorly he executed as a CEO. The transformation is certainly one of the largest initiatives within SLB to fail so miserably.
