I believe I saw Haley write about a bad looking Ross store once too, and we all know Ross is on fire SO people like drama and that is what she writes about. She is hired to do a job of stirring the pot, and that is what she does.
To all the people who complain about all the negative reporting please give us something to cheer about, something positive that SHC has done to turn the business around or to help the employees or even he customers.........waiting..........waiting..........That's what I thought, nothing.
Oh come one. I mean she didn't write squat about that unknown British brand being available in 11 whole stores! Nothing about how they already settled the lawsuit with the supplier that wanted to cut them off because they no longer see them as a viable customer. Transformation before our very eyes and she doesn't even notice. Maybe she can interview key execs about the company's progress toward transforming into a member-focused online company. Oh wait...they fired the execs in charge of those yesterday.

Love this post and love the comments. The guy complaining about negative press is hilarious!!!!! What else could she write about?!?!? It can truly be called press because the only news coming out of SHC is negative so she is literally writing SHC News!!!. People are coming in upset because SHC fails time and time again to successfully accomplish something, if they acted like a major retailer then you wouldn't hear thes complaints but they are already acting like a retailer in liquidation. Please Sears cheerleaders share your good news here for us
Ever had a customer come into your store upset about something on sears.com? Or upset about delivery? Or service? I had a customer call me a c**t today because delivery was two days late. I wasn't even his salesperson.

name one thing Haley has been wrong about, anyone who still works for sears is just plain stu -pid at this point. I hear every excuse in the book, i cant quit now because of my family.... I can assure you that working anywhere else on the planet right now is more beneficial to your family than you working for sears...

Hayley is nothing but an attack dog mauling and disfiguring the names of any company she can get her washed up claws on. Half the pictures she's ever posted have been reprinted from 2014. She says the same thing in every article with a bit of red ink to suit her "story". If she's so great, why is she only reporting negative? Good journalism posts both positive and negative.
