Private Eye

Private investigators. Recording office phones. Electronically eavesdropping on your company provided cellular. Monitoring your movements and location via your company provided cellular phone. Monitoring who you associate with. Monitoring your movements in the office and between office and your home. Monitoring your computer use, email, applications, files and network drives.

Sound like a Grisham novel? Think again.

The more I read on this board, the happier I am that I EOI'd in 2015. Not the company I once enjoyed working for.

I noticed you were all sorts of worried about monitoring of devices that don't actually belong to you. Here's an idea skippy. Keep your business on your devices and on your data plan. Otherwise just accept the fact that you can be snooped on if you're too cheap to pay for it yourself. They didn't give you that device so you could play the sims on it.

Lots of monitoring of company-owned property, no doubt. However, you can block the rest of the probing by wearing a hat made from aluminum foil and removing any metal dental work (pliers and whiskey) - the execs' spies use those as frequency tuning dials.
