You're stating the obvious but you're too dumb to realize the proof you're trying to use doesn't actually mean anything.
Stock prices and the health of a company are two completely different things.
Sears is is bad shape while amazon is in pretty good shape. Obvious.
Trying to use stock prices to prove that is where you fall off. Good try.
