The company rehiring of laid off workers is a violation of the reduction in force labor law. The company will be at risk of a class action law suit for this this discriminatory action by all former employees.

Cuts? Follett has just rehired 4 previously laid off workers. I am going to talk to my old supervisor to see if I can be rehired too.
