Baker aren't going to tell you what the top whack is coz they don't want you to ask for it. Everyone should know that by now.
We have a couple of exp DD on our books on $1250 a day. Just saying.
As usual there is no policy and just an individual basis only. This is bad management what a mess
I'm getting $1375/day it just depends on the arrangement you get when signing on. I'm not allowed to say where as might cause a stink. Use your head there are opportunities.
No one is hiring consultant DDs for $1350/day. Sorry it just isn't the market rate at the moment. It's more like $700/day for lead hands.

Always without fail we get the usual ignorant, stupid, 3 times divorced, recovering alcoholic, brain dead and totally worthless DD's. And that apparently is the best ones in the whole sorry group.

There was something similar at stoneywood and we got rid of the useless manager there.

That sounds about right for Baker.
The consultant out here has 1 year experience as a DD and worked only 2 years as MWD. BH have flown him all the way business class from India to the Gulf. This guy actually knows nothing and is making an utter mess of the job. We need a proper experienced DD out here quickly or for sure we will be run off soon, and lose the whole contract. What a joke this is.
