This is true of downstream chemicals like polymers that have been run down to the ground. Units like this once prospered under managers who are no longer there. The few individuals that remain representing the products are incapable of transferring the business to the new owners whoever they may be in the future. These individuals do not meet the performance profile required by GE. Most likely GE will not want the business anyway, since they have unloaded chemical resin / polymer businesses in the past.
You obviously haven't been listening. Nothing short of flawless execution is acceptable. Therefore, in this Alice in Wonderland operation is the only reality we have. It's all perfect here. Drink more Kool-Aid. You'll feel better.
