Is it cancelled per our SEC filing yesterday? Saw in article a new separate royalty class action trial started yesterday in Arkansas supposed to be valued at $98MM.

Announcement on us winning royalty case did not help our stock price today at all. Surprising?
JUST saw our filing on Arkansas Royalty lawsuit. Figure it will be appealed since we offered to settle other similar lawsuit?
The settlement is off. The federal case is going to trial.
