Everyone should fight for their bonus and increment as what the executives asked for their bonus. Pity those that stay and still committed without getting theirs. Pathetic management, pathetic company.

Reality for the cry babies, if you didn't get a bonus you don't bring enough value to the company to get one. Do yourself and Avaya a favor, take your negativity and leave Avaya.
Some very nice bonuses were handed out this week. Clearly you're a loser if you didn't get one and won't be around long.
Pathetic management, pathetic company? Wow, what a troll! I'm a manager here at Avaya and I received a very nice bonus last week. You have to work for them, no freebies tolls! My advice to the negative trolls on this website, stop complaining and show your value and maybe you'll get one. Otherwise, please leave the company and go elsewhere. Ever think you're the problem? Yours truly, a professional employee at Avaya.
Bonus is not part of the base salary. You just don't get one for showing up. Given bankruptcy nobody at Avaya deserves a bonus. The bankruptcy is failure by all employees, and you should all get zero bonus
