He is way out of touch in the business. So old he should have retired a long time ago. Just staying cause he can. Pull the wool over managements eyes all the time. Claims all the ideas and glory for his self. Time to go old man. An insurance liability

They're called brownies "Kissing A**" on everybody & making points. 2 hurt others, which doesn't bother them in life. :(
There are always people who exploit others. The real tragedy I see at NOV is the nurturing of young tyrants, by giving them authority with no responsibility. WTF!
Young people will become that self centered old codger one day, and it is the result of having no respect for others, because they never earned their way to begin with!
