@the person who says you have it from a very good source - I would question the integrity of your source if they disclose this type of information to others.
There will be ongoing consolidation and layoffs in any company that has merged.
Doesn't make sense to do layoffs in September; many still have a lot of PTO left that would have to be paid out. Early year mass layoffs make more $$ sense.
There was a rumor that CHC would be offering a voluntary RIF package sometime over the summer. Does anyone know if this is true?
Next one is coming in September I have it from a VERY good source. They are around 15k employees now and they are wanting to get down to 9k in the next 18 months.
There were some layoffs, but were in the future; some were given end dates.
I'm now hearing another large lay off in July?

Obviously, didn't happen. Not all rumors are true.
