Has anyone else heard the rumour that CSC, after selling off its net 20 IP space, is illegally hanging onto IP addresses it no longer rightfully owns?

Yes they did sell to MS but continue to use it internally, which is not against the law. However any internal systems that continue to use that sold space creates a black hole for any internet traffic destined for that subnet location within the company network. It may also prove to be a problem with software that requires a reverse lookup.
They didn't sell off all of the 20 net, and it doesn't matter if the 20 net is used internally anyway.
Looks like they retained part of it. It would take years to migrate the whole thing.
