Now we have a situation where we are left with under 50% FTE per skill (e.g., Unix, etc.) on major customer accounts - how's this gonna work out God knows....
They gave us a standard spiel on margins, cost, etc... Basically we are trying to squeeze extra pennies where we can, will work for about 3 to 6 months, the quality will take a major nose dive and we'll just not be able to sell more work with substandard quality...
We have given up as an organization, it's all about managing the speed of the death spiral now...
