PUNE - a word I was confused about for the first year at allscripts. I thought we were referring to our India group as a terrible term for vag--a. BUT hell... who knew. It's a city.
Yes they are happening now under the guise of analysis done to onboard 800 new McKesson employees.

Yep it's legit. Terminating experienced US employees in favor of more positions in Pune. Support got hit.
Layoffs occurred today. Number affected not released yet. No real details at this time, but just got out of a meeting stating it happened. I'm sure there will be more news later this week.
