August / September 2017 Layoffs: As per Nefkins' coffee talk takeaways, the middle level management (a.k.a service delivery managers) and 10+ years persons are the next going to be hit starting Aug/Sep 2017. Oldies will now become desperate to keep their heads above water.

Cyberjaya site is closing down soon. Planned was October but they moved it slightly to November since they are afraid people started to riot and violence later.
Automate Mikey and kick him out. That's the best solution to your problem.

You are so right on colleague. Both types of people think they are so valuable and will never get the boot. Cor porate life is cruel. You miss Timmy's baseball game for the company and you get the shaft. Screw corporate America. Let em all go under they are snakes who manipulate people

The word "oldies" is relative actually, and there is no desperation here! Here's why: there are basically two kinds of people left in DXC (at all levels, at least as high up as I can see LOL).
Group 1) those who support their families and work hard at their jobs because they know keeping up their performance will help them find an opportunity when the right time comes.
Group 2) butt-kissers who take up space and spend lots of time in closed offices with the bosses to show how valuable they are and oh so critical to the success of our account.
They will always need help from those of us in group 1 :) Until they WFR all of Group 1 and are left to their own devices.
